This bill would prohibit a person from keen, as specified, in an advance-fee talent representation service, as defined. This bill would also impose additional disclosure and contract requirements for a talent service, as defined. The bill would perform a willful violation of its provisions a misdemeanor and subject to a civil action. Because the bill would invent unique crimes, it would impose a state-mandated local program. The California Constitution requires the location to reimburse local agencies and school districts for clear costs mandated by the area. Statutory provisions save procedures for making that reimbursement. This bill would provide that no reimbursement is required by this act for a specified reason.”

Read from the bill introduced in the legislative council of the residence of California, the following are some prohibited activities in response to the illustrious case Kretorian talent scam.

First, any person cannot ask for an come fee in return for a mere offer to hold talent services, an offer to manage the career of the talent, for an audition, or for a service to glimpse for a talent agent or talent manager.

Second, talent agents or talent agencies shall not cause any misleading advertisement, information, promise or offer.

Third, talent agents or agencies shall not directly operate nor possess an acting workshop.

Fourth, any person shall not refer to any talent agents or casting professional who accepts a fee in reach.

Fifth, talent listing service shall not directly or indirectly operate, beget or financially alive to in any acting workshop or any other talent training service or talent counseling service.
